Man of my dreams vs. pizza? I'd surely go with the pizza. Yes, it can make you fat if you eat a lot of them. Although, a pizza every once in a while has never hurt anyone. The opposite, they make happy.
First of all, the only thing you have to do is to get "her" out of the freezer, unwrap her, and put her in the oven. Simple as that.
Next thing, the size of a normal Pizza is usually perfect! You are completely full (although there is always room for some ice cream afterwards).

On top of the batter we find tomato purée; tomatoes contain 95% water and several different vitamins. The use of olive oil in an appropriate amount is healthy as it allays inner inflammations. Topping your pizza with garlic not only keeps vampires away, but it also significantly lowers your levels of cholesterol and is in general known for its good influence on our health. Other herbs used to enrich the taste, like Basil, contain different kinds of vitamins.

Meat toppings provide even more proteins, water, energy, and cholesterol. If you are more interested in vegetables, I bet you already know how healthy they are.
Somewhere I read you should only eat two slices, to not gain weight. Where is the fun in two slices? I don’t want to regret that I did not eat enough pizza on my deathbed.
Enjoy your pizza.
xx
